This notice covers The LED GlowTent Playbook website, digital purchases, protected downloads, and support inquiries. It does not cover the separate equipment store.

Who operates the Playbook

The Playbook is offered by the owner who also operates INFLATELIFE™, the equipment business discussed in the guide. Contact us using the support form for privacy questions or requests.

Information collected

Stripe collects the email, name, payment details, and billing information needed for checkout. This website stores the purchase reference, relevant Stripe payment/customer identifiers, buyer name and email supplied by checkout, payment entitlement state, and your acknowledgment of the purchase terms and equipment disclosure. Card numbers, security codes, and expiration dates are not stored in this website’s database.

The support form collects your name, email address, and message, along with your consent, submission date, and reference identifier. Technical information may be processed by the hosting provider to operate and protect the site.

How information is used

Information is used to verify payment, deliver Playbook access, maintain purchase records, handle support and purchase-credit questions, and protect the site from abuse. Purchases do not automatically subscribe you to promotional email lists.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments. Manus provides hosting, database, storage, and support-inquiry owner notifications. Purchase and contact records are private; a public purchase listing is not provided. The guide is stored in encrypted form and is delivered through a payment-verified download endpoint.

Private access links and browser storage

A private access token allows you to view your purchase and download the Playbook. The site stores purchase references and access tokens in your browser’s local storage so you can revisit them under My purchases. The server stores a hash of your token, not the token itself. Do not share your private access link. On a shared device, avoid leaving private purchase access saved. This website does not provide an automated lost-link reset or email-delivery service; save your download and private access link.

Checkout opens in a separate tab. Stripe and hosting services may use technical cookies or data needed for secure payment and website operation. This website does not add advertising trackers.

Retention and requests

Purchase and inquiry information is retained as needed for delivery, support, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form. We may verify your identity and retain records required by law. Removing local browser history does not delete a purchase record.

Security and changes

Security controls are used to protect personal data and paid access, but no system is completely risk-free. Updated notices will appear here with a revised date. Do not send sensitive payment information through the support form.
