Playbook & purchase terms

These terms apply to The LED GlowTent Playbook, a self-guided digital product. They are separate from equipment purchase terms.
What your $199 purchase includes
The one-time price is $199 USD for digital access to The LED GlowTent Playbook. It covers the purchasing source, startup business model, suggested rental pricing and packages, basic equipment checklist, an illustrative revenue scenario, target markets, first-30-days launch strategy, ordering guidance, and the INFLATELIFE™ U.S.-based product-support path.
This is not a live training session or consultation. No application, qualification call, appointment, or scheduling is required. You read and use the guide independently.
Payment and delivery
Stripe handles secure checkout. Access is unlocked automatically on your purchase-confirmation page after the server verifies successful payment. The downloadable guide is supplied as a PDF document. Save a copy and bookmark your private access link for repeat downloads. Access is not granted merely because a checkout return page has been opened.
A pending or canceled checkout does not unlock the guide. If payment succeeded but access is temporarily delayed, retry the purchase-status check or contact support rather than paying again. Keep your purchase reference and checkout email. Do not share your private access token.
Equipment is sold separately
No GlowTent, accessories, transportation, insurance, or other startup equipment is included. Equipment pricing, shipping, production, specifications, warranties, and product support are governed by the separately agreed equipment-purchase terms. Access to U.S.-based product support does not include a live business consultation or an additional warranty.
The $199 equipment-purchase credit
The $199 Playbook fee is credited toward a qualifying GlowTent purchase made within 30 days of your Playbook payment. Keep your receipt and reference the Playbook purchase when ordering. Qualifying equipment-purchase terms apply; contact the Playbook team to confirm eligibility before committing to an equipment order. The guide is delivered without requiring an equipment purchase.
Support and refund questions
If your download fails or you have a purchase or refund question, use the support form with your purchase reference and checkout email. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Access may be restricted where payment has been refunded or is under dispute.
Relationship with INFLATELIFE™
I also operate INFLATELIFE™, the equipment business and purchasing source discussed in the Playbook. This relationship is disclosed for transparency. This independently branded Playbook website is not the INFLATELIFE store.
No earnings guarantee
The guide is educational and informational. It does not guarantee bookings, rental rates, revenue, profit, return on investment, or business success. Results depend on your market, execution, pricing, competition, costs, and other factors.
The example of 20 bookings at a $1,500 average rental, totaling $30,000 in gross revenue, is illustrative only. Gross revenue is not profit. Consider labor, transport, insurance, storage, marketing, cleaning, repairs, taxes, payment fees, and other operating expenses.
Your business responsibilities
You are responsible for assessing equipment suitability, startup costs, insurance, contracts, tax obligations, permits, and safe operation. Follow manufacturer guidance and local requirements. Seek your own legal, financial, tax, and insurance advice before starting or investing in a business.
